Biking trails near downtown Raleigh inside the beltline

Does anyone know of some good biking trails inside the beltline? I already know about the greenway near Meredith College, but are there some that are closer to downtown?

Check out the Alleghany trail that starts around St. Mary's and goes all the way over Capital and keeps on getting it to Yonker's Road! I think we have one of the best greenway systems in the country. Someone at a University Park neighborhood meeting told me one of our greenways will eventually connect to the coast. Wow.
